Say NO to:
- Bloated invite list (cut extra folks)
- Bloated agendas (handle more async)
- Bloated talk time (targeted discussions)
Say YES to:
- Mandated agendas (or cancel)
- Mandated pre-work (if presenting)
- Mandated pre-reading (if attending)
Everything is happier when we can say NO to poorly-run meetings altogether and YES to better meetings together.
